About the Role
Responsibilities
- Assist the Engineer in manning the solar photovoltaic (PV) system operation and maintenance
- Monitor and analyse system performance and CCTV operations from Operations Centre
- Report/ record defects and alarms during operations
- Maintain and update equipment logs, including maintenance schedules, repairs, and replacements
- Carry out routine tests and inspection on the solar systems
- Perform basic troubleshooting on system fault and monitoring equipment
- Supervise externally sourced maintenance
- Supervise maintenance works and ensure its compliance to all safety policies and procedures
- Ability to travel to sites to provide technical support to clients
- Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor from time to time
- Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in a related field
