About the Role
What the role is:
You are responsible for systematic manpower data trending, modelling, and projection to inform the Republic of Singapore Navy's (RSN) manpower strategies and support policy development for Regulars, NSFs, and NSmen. You will also assess qualitative data to provide a holistic analysis of the manpower landscape, and prepare manpower projections and studies for recruitment, retention, and training establishments to optimise resource allocation across the RSN.What you will be working on:
