Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Operations Coordinator in daily scheduling of cleaning staff
- Coordinate assignments for cleaning sites
- Ensure cleaners arrive on time and are properly briefed on job requirements
- Monitor work quality and ensure services meet company standards and client expectations
- Handle basic client communication (confirming schedules, addressing minor concerns, follow-ups)
- Support recruitment by helping on board new cleaners and explaining procedures
- Maintain records for attendance, job completion, supplies, and incident reports
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Respond to urgent issues such as staff absences or last-minute schedule changes
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
