Supervise and manage all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Prepare journal entries, financial reconciliations, and monthly reporting. Manage the annual budget and participate in quarterly forecasting. Conduct variance analysis and monitor cash flow. Coordinate with external auditors and manage fixed assets. Provide ERP training and support cross-departmental projects. Liaise with insurance brokers, benefits providers, and manage company-related accounts. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience; CPA designation preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (NetSuite), and accounting software. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
