Assistant Business Partner, People Analytics & Technology [Contract]

The People Analytics & Technology (PAT) team within the People & Culture 2 (P&C) division drives data‑driven HR decision‑making at EnterpriseSG through the development of people insights tools and AI‑enabled HR solutions. The team is currently scaling up delivery of key initiatives including the People Insights Dashboard and AI‑enabled HR solutions, building on foundational work such as the Employee 360 framework and initial dashboard architecture. Beyond analytics, the PAT team also oversees system solutions, including the organisation's core HCM platform, Workday, as well as process improvement initiatives such as automation and the development and rollout of AI solutions.
