- The candidate will work as a member of the BIM team.
- Responsible for the overall development and delivery of the Building Information Model.
- Monitors compliance with BIM execution plans and coordinate file management procedures and protocols for the BIM Model.
- Coordinating with the project teams.
- Managing and review third‑party BIM submission and performance.
- Proficiency and with an in-depth working knowledge of BIM using Autodesk Revit Architecture/Structural works.
- Knowledgeable and familiar with the local authority requirements.
- Creates different disciplines/ trades geometrical and data content to digital models (AR/ ST/ MEP/ Underground System/ Prefab/ Earthwork Simulation/ Mock‑up/ Showroom); data content includes construction process and resources information. Other content includes building phasing construction based on Project master programme.
