Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Banquets Assistant Manager to join the team at SLS Barcelona. Under the guidance of the Director of Banqueting, you will liaise between multiple departments to ensure the success of every group function – and model exceptional service and leadership skills among your team.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, sincere and engaging service.
• Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the Banquet Department on a daily basis.
• Be responsible for the timely, precise and expert execution of all banquet functions.
• Creatively and cost‑effectively schedule the banquet Leadership Team, Captains, Banquet Servers, and Coordinator.
• Proactively analyze, develop, and revamp internal processes to create new ways of providing unique and innovative service ideas and incentives.
