About the Role
- Provide general clerical and administrative support
- Perform data entry for Sales Orders and Purchase Orders
- Prepare all billing-related documents
- Input inventory and sales data accurately
- Prepare and generate monthly reports for reporting purposes
- Organise and maintain daily filing of documents
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Location: 31 Corporation Road, S
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:45pm
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and SAP system
- Strong sense of urgency with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- High integrity, responsible, and positive attitude
- Proactive, meticulous, and able to work independently
- Good communication skills and a strong team player
