About the Role
Elevation are excited to be working with a leading business in Sheffield as they look to appoint an Assistant Accountant into their growing team.
As the Assistant Accountant you will be responsible for supporting the Management Accountant in the day-to-day running of the department along with month-end responsibilities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Intercompany recharges
- Rebates, commission calculations
- Accruals / Prepayments
Completion of Daily Sales information
- Support for both sales and purchase ledger teams.
- Completion of cash movements summary
- Budget holder costing review
- Weekly overhead review
- Bank posting.
- Group format cash movements
- Fixed Assets
- Consignment Invoicing & Reconciliation.
- VAT Returns Reconciliation
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
- Processing and review of Credit Card & Expenses
