About the Role
Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting accident/incident details from involved parties
- Maintain and update accident logs, claim files, and tracking systems
- Coordinate with insurance providers and internal departments for claim processing
- Support the scheduling of vehicle inspections, drug testing, or other post-incident procedures
- Compile reports and statistics for management review
- Assist in follow-up on open claims and pending documentation
- Ensure compliance with company, OSHA, and DOT reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
