About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering and documenting accident/incident details from involved parties
  • Maintain and update accident logs, claim files, and tracking systems
  • Coordinate with insurance providers and internal departments for claim processing
  • Support the scheduling of vehicle inspections, drug testing, or other post-incident procedures
  • Compile reports and statistics for management review
  • Assist in follow-up on open claims and pending documentation
