Asset Management Lead – Client Data & Lifecycle

Devloit is looking for a dedicated professional in Kuala Lumpur to act as a single point of contact for customers, managing client IB data and ensuring correct contract alignment. You will lead Asset Management implementations, onboard new customers, and provide comprehensive IB maintenance support.

The ideal candidate will facilitate customer experience improvements and manage discrepancies proactively. This role is pivotal to optimizing total cost of ownership across Hardware and Software assets.
