Responsibilities Define asset lifecycle framework (create → operate → maintain → retire) Shape: Maintenance strategies (RCM, condition-based, predictive) Asset policy framework Provide approach for long-term asset planning Align with regulatory compliance and reliability targets Experience in driving asset management maturity improvements across the GCC Profile 12–20 yrs in utility asset management Familiarity with ISO 55000
