Asset Management Analyst

About the Role

Asset Management Analyst – responsible for managing the full lifecycle, accuracy, and compliance of IT assets across the organization. This role ensures hardware, software, and infrastructure assets are properly tracked, governed, and reportable, while working closely with IT, Finance, Procurement, and Security teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of hardware and software assets from acquisition to retirement


• Maintain accurate inventories for endpoints, servers, network devices, warranties, and refresh cycles


• Track software licenses and certificates, ensuring compliance, renewals, and true‑ups


• Maintain asset and CMDB records, including relationships and data integrity


• Support MDM and endpoint asset tracking activities


• Track network and infrastructure assets, including ISPs and related contracts
