About the Role
- Leads the development and implementation of asset management strategies aligned with business objectives, contractual requirements, and RTA expectations.
- Establishes long-term asset lifecycle frameworks, asset health methodologies, maintenance optimization programmes, and asset performance management strategies.
- Drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset reliability, availability, maintainability, safety, and cost effectiveness.
- Supports strategic planning for renewals, obsolescence management, asset replacement programmes, and technology adoption.
- Development of asset management documentation, including management plans (e.g. warranty, obsolescence, assets, defect, etc.), policies and strategies to maintain AMS integrity and provide guidelines and procedures to be followed.
