Responsibilities:
- Handle assembly quality issues, identify root causes, and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively and timely to prevent recurrence.
- Conduct regular audits and quarterly supplier performance evaluations, discussing quality and technical issues to support continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze weekly assembly yield, defect patterns, and SPC to ensure ongoing quality system capability. Check daily WIP to ensure short assembly cycle times and on-time delivery.
