Join our team as a Truss Builder, where you will utilize your hands-on skills to construct trusses efficiently. You will work alongside a small team of 2-4 members, ensuring each truss is built accurately using basic hand and power tools. This role involves standing throughout the day and working on large truss tables, with additional commission opportunities based on weekly production.

Responsibilities
