Assembler

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ **Assembly & Testing**
+ Assemble actuators, valve bodies, yoke mounts, and perform pilot mounting and calibration according to specifications.
+ Assemble valve components and actuators in compliance with approved work instructions, drawings, and customer requirements.
+ Perform required testing in accordance with test procedures, including integrity, seat leakage, and hydrostatic tests.
+ Inspect assembled products, identify defects, and perform rectification as required.
+ Ensure all production activities meet defined quality standards.
+ **Safety, Quality & 5S**
+ Maintain good housekeeping practices and comply with 5S and safety requirements on the production floor.
+ Demonstrate strong quality awareness and follow all quality procedures and standards.
+ **Teamwork & Support**
+ Support fellow assemblers in daily production activities and foster positive working relationships.
