Under minimal supervision, this position is responsible for performing a variety of non-routine and non-repetitive assembly operations on electronic and /or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing assembly tasks such as wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units. Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed work. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with control procedures. **This position is for the second shift.**
