About the Role
Our client is an international financial institution with a long?standing mandate to support global monetary and financial stability. Operating with a highly professional, multicultural workforce, the institution provides banking, asset?management, and analytical services to central banks and other official sector entities worldwide.
Check, distribute and process incoming customer instructions received via SWIFT.
Record all relevant treasury transactions (FX, MM, call/notice, fixed-term deposits, gold, account movements) in the deal capture system.
Ensure sufficient account funding and compliance with AML requirements.
Investigate and resolve customer enquiries or transaction issues, including follow?up on failed settlements.
Prepare daily reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Keep internal teams informed about customers' daily cash positions.
Properly archive customer messages and maintain documentation according to procedures.
