About the Role
- Management of a 2-D illustration production team (illustration skills/experience not required)
- In cooperation with the art director, balance quality and productivity to maximize team output
- Carry out PL and cost analysis to ensure project profitability
- Create artist hiring strategy to meet demand
- Responsible for task assignment and progress management using Excel etc
- Finished product will be delivered to headquarters in Japan
- Communicate closely with Japan HQ to ensure satisfaction with the product
- Revise work flows and team structure as required, in cooperation with the Art Director
- Schedule evaluation and training of team members in cooperation with the Art Director
- Experienced at coordinating strategic projects in fast-pace environment
