General Purpose of the Position

The ARSM - South is responsible for revenues in the advertisement and bulk ticket sales department and for customer retention.

Job Functions

1. 
   

   Target Achievement: Achieving the targets of Ad Sales and bulk ticket sales assigned periodically.

   
   


2. 
   

   Sales Forecasting: Creating the annual sales forecasts by estimating total sales of self and the assigned region.

   
   


3. 
   

   Team Coordination: Meeting, coordinating, and guiding assistant managers to plan and implement sales objectives.

   
   


4. 
   

   Talent Management: Hiring and monitoring the performance of assistant managers, holding daily/weekly sales meetings, and conducting sales training.
