About the Role
Area Warranty Superintendent
Salary: $65,000 - $81,500
Monthly Bonus: One year sign off and customer survey bonus.
Equivalent to 8% of salary – approximately $7,000.00 per year.
Yearly Bonus Potential: 5% of Salary - approximately $4,000.00 per year.
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Edmonton, AB
A Day in the Life of a Area Warranty Superintendent:
- Schedule appointments with Jayman customers
- Coordinate and attend various trade days, in customer homes, to complete work as required
- Lead with pride in both appearance & behaviour while on-site
- Responsible for signing off both 2-month & 11-month service requests
- Strong organizational skills with handling various impromptu or emergency calls
- Follow Jayman's processes & procedures to ensure Customer Experience excellence
