Seeking Full-Time Area Supervisor (District Manager)
Requirements:
To meet restaurant goals, the Area Supervisor doesn’t work alone. He or she leads a team of General Managers at 3-5 restaurants. This means helping the General Managers to set their restaurant goals, following up on their progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their Restaurants. The Area Supervisor may also be responsible for hiring and developing General Managers, Assistant General Managers and Shift Managers to make sure that the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future!
To be successful, an Area Supervisor should be able to:
+ Identify key business issues within individual restaurants affecting performance, influence decisions, align resources, take immediate action and hold others accountable.
