Responsibilities
- Oversee assigned dealer sales operations.
- Implement sales strategies and ensure dealer meets or exceeds sales targets and goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer network.
- Supervise and lead a team of field sales representatives, providing coaching, training and development opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on dealer sales performance and identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Ensure that sales processes and operations are efficient and effective.
- Serve as liaison between dealers and other departments such as marketing, aftersales, etc. to facilitate effective communication across departments.
