We are looking for seasoned, customer-focused leaders who want to join our team as an Area Manager at our new Inbound Cross Dock (IXD) - the first of its kind in Mexico. This state‑of‑the‑art facility represents a significant milestone in Amazon's expansion in Latin America, featuring new processes and innovative cross‑docking solutions.
In this role, you will lead multiple teams of hourly workforce and will be responsible for developing and coaching other managers while ensuring the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance across operations. You will drive strategic initiatives and optimize processes while maintaining service level agreements and delivery expectations.
