Overview

Cebu-based, store assignment are the fourteen (14) Ace Hardware Ace Express stores inside SM Department Store across Visayas and Mindanao specifically DS Cebu, DS Seaside Cebu, DS Consolacion, DS Davao, DS Butuan, DS Lanang Premier, DS Gensan, DS Mindpro Zamboanga, DS Roxas City, DS CDO Downtown, DS CDO Uptown, DS Puerto Princesa, DS Bacolod, DS Iloilo.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-store coaching sessions on product knowledge, customer service (GREET), and selling techniques.
• Oversee multiple locations within a designated area
• Implement company policies and strategies to enhance operational efficiency
• Manage and develop staff, conduct performance reviews
• Analyze sales data and market trends to drive business growth
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Foster strong relationships with local customers and stakeholders
