Lead, coach and motivate a team of Brand Activators in your territory
Drive sales performance across multiple client product ranges
Maximise product ranging and visibility within all accounts
Ensure high merchandising standards and inventory accuracy
Deliver training and support to your team on new products and systems
Execute planograms, relays, refits and new store setups
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including Bunnings and client partners
Attend regular client meetings and provide insights from the field

This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role where you will manage a team of Brand Activators across Bunnings and Independent Hardware outlets. You’ll play a critical role in driving sales growth, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring best-in-class execution in-store.
