About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our team in Karachi Pakistan. As an Architectural Technologist you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and models for architectural projects ensuring accuracy and adherence to building codes and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop and finalize designs.
- Create detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD or other drafting software.
- Develop 3D models using BIM Building Information Modeling software.
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and specifications.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project progress.
- Communicate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve any design or construction issues.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed within set parameters.
