  Overview 
 Hire Resolve’s client is a leading Architecture firm that is urgently seeking the expertise of an Architectural Technologist in Edenvale, GP.
  Responsibilities: 
 Compliance with all SANS10400 regulations
 Obtain site / stand / premises information
 Interior details and architectural drawings
 Finishing schedules
 Specification sheets
 Site inspections
 Site measurements and as-built drawings
 Project management and site organization with site instructions
 Obtaining relevant quotes for specific projects
 Meeting all potential contractors and sub-contractors
 Council documentation preparation
 Must be comfortable taking minutes of meetings with Contractors and supplier
 Collect Samples and compile client presentations
 Placing orders and checking of deliveries
 Assist with Budget preparations.
