About the Role
Lead in Site Coordination with all trades.
Responsibilities- Prepare submission of shop drawings, materials, and MOS.
- Ensure work is constructed in accordance with contract and drawings.
- Plan architectural works and micro-schedule with other disciplines.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and authorities on project matters.
- Implement and ensure QC plan.
- Procure and monitor architectural-related materials.
- Carry out inspections, trade demos, material testing, and mock-ups.
- Verify variations of work (VO) and prepare back charges.
- Attend sub-contractor meetings.
- Check and ensure compliance with TOP checklist and RI (Architecture).
- Attend to architectural materials, sample boards, trade demos, and shop drawing submissions; review submittals and comments from consultants.
- Complete design studies and monitor builds.
- Create work schedules.
