Architectural and Electrical Estimator

About the Role

We are looking for an Estimator who can accurately perform takeoffs and costing for projects involving electrical lighting controls and reflected ceiling plans. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of lighting fixtures, lighting controls, and can efficiently translate drawings into precise estimates.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform takeoffs and cost estimates using Planswift or Bluebeam
• Review and interpret architectural and electrical drawings, including reflected ceiling plans
• Identify and quantify lighting fixtures and controls from project documents
