  Responsible for overall Design and coordination of the project and tea
• mWork with the Design Manager(s) and project team (s) on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and productio
• nLead design effort and client presentations, support client relationship
• sCollaborate with Design Manager(s) to deliver projects on tim
• eCoordinate with consultant
• sResolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solution
• sMentor junior and intermediate design staf
• fProduce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawing
• sOversee development of design throughout design development and construction drawing
