Seeking Architect with at least 3 years of local experience to assist with the architectural design and project management of projects.

Job Description

• Work on/Lead the architectural design and project management of projects
• Work with Management, Clients, Consultants, Contractors and other stakeholders
• Attend site meetings
• Review drawings and ensure compliance on local regulations, bylaws and building codes
• Conduct research and analysis to ensure best possible outcome for the project
• Project scheduling and budgeting and drawings production
• Work independently and in a team

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture (recognized by BOA)
• Minimum 3 years' experience working on commercial and residential projects and civic institutions
• Competent in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D software, Microsoft Office
