Role Summary We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architec t to define and govern the ServiceNow platform strategy, architecture, standards, and roadmap. This role will drive scalable, secure, and sustainable platform growth while enabling capabilities across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, HRSD, SPM, Security, Finance, MDM, Enterprise Architecture, AI, and custom applications . The Platform Architect will serve as the technical authority for the ServiceNow ecosystem, partnering with Enterprise Architecture, Product Owners, Development Teams, Operations, and Business Stakeholders to drive platform modernization, governance, integration, automation, and adoption.
