Architect - estimator

Job Summary

We are hiring for Mokal Industries a Canada based construction company specialized in Division 10.

As an Architect Estimator, you will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, coordinating with vendors, and preparing precise project quotations. This is a full-time, in-office position based on a 40-hour work week. You will report directly to the Estimating Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Analysis: Read and interpret tender drawings and specifications to understand project requirements. Take-offs & Spreadsheets: Perform accurate quantity take-offs and develop comprehensive estimate spreadsheets. Communication: Call and email contractors, clients, and vendors to gather information and build relationships. Documentation: Prepare Request for Quotes (RFQs), job folders, and formal quotations using Word and Adobe.
