Proficiency in Bentley OpenBuildings Designer is required, and familiarity with large-scale and multidisciplinary projects is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and review architectural designs, construction documents, and shop drawings in alignment with project goals.
Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical teams to ensure a fully integrated and cohesive design.
Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Provide technical support and design clarifications to site teams during all project phases.
Utilize Bentley OpenBuildings Designer for architectural modeling, coordination, and visualization.
