Key Responsibilities

• Concurrently manage a number of High-End Residential projects as well as boutique Multi-res projects in the team.
• Lead and contribute across all phases, from briefing, design, documentation and through to completion
• Develop 3D models and high-quality renders (ArchiCAD & Twinmotion experience beneficial)
• Involvement with detailing, construction knowledge and contract administration
