Position Title: Archi Structure BIM Coordinator
Industry/ Organization Type: Construction / Engineering Services
Working Location: Central Region
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm)
Salary Package: Basic $4,000 - $6,000 per month
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and engineers.
- Manage and prepare BIM models and shop drawings to support construction works.
- Coordinate structural and architectural works during the construction process.
- Have good knowledge of structural and architectural details.
- Lead and manage the in-house offsite modelling team for BIM delivery.
- Work closely with internal teams, external parties, and authorities to resolve structural or architectural design and construction issues.
