What you’ll do:
As a Contract Manager at Ground Control, you’ll take full ownership of contract delivery, customer relationships, and financial performance across your assigned area. You’ll lead safe, high-quality delivery through your Site Management teams, helping drive profitability, client retention, and business growth while living our values-led culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage one or more contracts with full P&L responsibility
Lead programme delivery through Site Managers, ensuring safety, quality, and commercial performance
