AR Accountant

About the Opportunity

• Own the end-to-end customer billing process
• Create and manage invoices in Stripe
• Reconcile and troubleshoot data between Stripe and NetSuite
• Support collections processes in partnership with Customer Success
• Coordinate follow-up on enterprise accounts and billing issues
• Process credit notes and help resolve invoice discrepancies
• Support transition to ChargeBee and become a key finance user of the platform
• Participate in ongoing billing and finance process improvements

About You

• 2+ years of relevant accounting, billing, or accounts receivable experience
• Experience in customer billing, AR processing, and reconciliations
• Comfort working across systems and resolving data discrepancies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
