What will you be doing?

A key part of the role is to provide learners with feedback and support on IT Support concepts. It is therefore important that you understand and have knowledge to support on the following:

• AI Automation tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Power Automate, APIs, RPA, production flows, logging and documenting.
• Understanding of low code automation using GitHub Copilot, Python, Microsoft Power Platforms, APIs, RPA, production flows, logging and documenting
• Organisational leadership, Ethical AI adoption, Organisational change, Methods to identify enhancements to organisational productivity, Project and change management principles.
• Legal and regulatory frameworks, Ethical principles and standards in AI, Benefits and risks of AI and automation, Impact of AI and Automation on workplace culture and wellbeing, Security and governance principles, Methods for assuring compliance in AI and Aut...
