About the Role
The People & Capability Support role provides practical, day-to-day support to the Organization & People team, enabling the effective delivery of resourcing & recruitment, talent management, and culture & engagement activities. Reporting to the Head of Organisation & People, the role focuses on coordination, data, and implementation support across the employee lifecycle, helping ensure people initiatives are delivered consistently, efficiently, and to a high standard.

+ Reliable, timely support to Resourcing, Talent, and Culture roles.
+ Accurate and up-to-date people data and records.
+ Smooth coordination of people activities and initiatives.
+ Positive feedback from Organization & People colleagues and managers.
+ Improved efficiency and consistency in delivery of people processes.
