The Parts Department is a key part of our business and plays a vital role in helping our Sales and Service departments support our customers and build their loyalty to both Waylands and the Volvo brand.

Waylands is a successful and growing motor retail group, with 15 representation points across the Thames Valley and the M4 corridor, extending into South Wales.

Duties

• Taking orders from customers both face to face and over the phone
• Maintaining an ordered stock room and finding parts from stock
• Raising invoices
• Liaison with other members of staff
• Customers may include members of the public, service departments of dealerships, and garages
