Capability Team
Drive the collection and preparation of new and existing data and sources with high level data management, analysis and visualization knowledge helping and supporting operations and clients in understanding the deliverable and final output.
Develop and maintain reporting and analytics solutions to internal and external clients.
Update all other technical documents related to reporting deliverables, work instructions and development solutions.
Participate in the end-to-end lifecycle of business intelligence and analytics solutions and implementation from requirements gathering and analysis, to technical design, testing and deployment.
Actively contribute in the identification, development and presentation of pertinent information and implementation of business intelligence solutions and advanced analytics for Service Desk and TEM that would improve business outcomes and elevate Accenture’s ability to add value to the client...
