Requirements
• Helpdesk
Operations: Provide tier‑1 and tier‑2 user support via live chat,
email, and internal messaging.
• Application
Customizations: Utilize tools within the application to safely
alter user views, build custom fields, or create basic automated
actions.
• Data Integrity: Clean and audit
database records, handle bulk CSV imports/exports, and optimize
system workflows.
• QA & Testing: Perform
unit testing, bulk CSV imports/exports, and quality assurance
checks on newly developed application features.
•
Onboarding: Deliver hands‑on training sessions to new employees to
ensure rapid adoption of the ERP system.
•
Reporting: Build custom PDF documents, system dashboards, and key
metric reports for management.
• Provide
first‑level Enterprise Application (ERP, CRM, SCM etc.) support to
end users.
