Must Haves

Minimum of 10+ years of software development experience

Minimum 5 yrs exp as a support associate

2+ years of support lead experience, including:

Incident triaging

Major incident management and communication

Incident Management and problem management

Change Management and housekeeping

Expert knowledge of Client - Server architecture, certificate and password management and maintaining webservices

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

5+ years of experience in Java /.NET Stack app support and SQL

Excellent proficiency with Oracle and SQL

Experience with Dynatrace, ELK, and PagerDuty
