Part of the growing trading support team in Asia supporting APAC equity trading desks across Hong Kong, Japan, Sydney, Singapore and India Equity products covered: Cash, Portfolio Trading, DMA, DSA, Swaps and Convertible Bonds Part of a regional application support team to provide production support on the global equity Fidessa trading platforms and handle FIX connectivity issues related to clients, vendors and internal users Regional morning check-outs and primary support coverage on Hong Kong holidays Work closely with Asia project management and global teams on new business initiatives and priority Engage technical discussion with vendors and in-house developers on new Asia trading requests Manage vendor’s delivery schedule and progress on systems implementation and upgrades Co-ordinate and participate in UAT together with vendors and various internal teams and users Prepare ...
