Application Support Engineer

Job Description:

• 3+ years Kubernetes hands-on experience managing applications: deployments, updates,troubleshooting, log analysis,and daytoday maintenance
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting with application servers and messaging platforms (preferably: Tomcat, JBoss, Apache, Rabbit MQ, Kafka) and automation (Bash, PowerShell scripting, automated jobs)
• Strong background in application deployments, updates, and migrations - including advanced troubleshooting using logs and configuration files.
• Administrating tools knowledge: managing DBs (preferably: PostreSQL, MS SQL) + Windows and
• Linux administration tasks + knowledge of monitoring tools (preferably: Dynatrace, Zabbix, Grafana)Ticketing and project management tools (preferably: JIRA, ServiceNow, IBM SCCD)
