Key Responsibilities

• Lead support for DMS platform (MySQL, .NET, Python, Azure VM, iManage ).
• Resolve document ingestion, indexing, content search, permissions, iManage integrations.
• Ensure high availability for content management operations.
• Guide engineers, ensure compliance/governance for document handling.
• Participate in on-call rotation and rotating shifts.
• Troubleshooting & Resolution: Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical application issues to restore services quickly.
• Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor application performance, server health, and alert systems to ensure high availability.
