Primary Skills:
* Strong expertise in Observability and Monitoring tools such as Datadog, Splunk, ServiceNow AIOps, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, New Relic, and Nagios.
* Experience with AIOps platforms, AI/ML-based anomaly detection, predictive analytics, event correlation, and automated remediation.
* Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Shell Scripting, PowerShell, and Ansible.
* Experience in monitoring applications, infrastructure, networks, and databases (SQL and NoSQL).
* Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Experience monitoring cloud and hybrid environments across AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premises infrastructure.
